PinterestVid is designed to be privacy-first. We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the service:

• ▸Pinterest URLs — When you paste a Pinterest URL into our tool, it is temporarily processed server-side to extract the video. This URL is not stored or logged.
• ▸Usage Data — We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as page views and general traffic patterns) through standard server logs. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• ▸No Account Data — We do not require registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, or passwords.

The limited information we process is used solely to:

• ▸Process your Pinterest URL and return the downloadable video to you.
• ▸Monitor and improve site performance and reliability.
• ▸Identify and prevent abuse or misuse of the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

PinterestVid uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function correctly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that profile your behaviour across sites.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect the core functionality of the video downloader.

Our service interacts with Pinterest's publicly accessible content delivery network to fetch video data. When you submit a Pinterest URL, our server makes a request to Pinterest on your behalf. Please refer to Pinterest's Privacy Policy for information about how Pinterest handles data.

We may use web fonts (Google Fonts) and CDN-hosted scripts (hls.js) which may log standard HTTP request data per their own privacy policies.

We do not retain any user-submitted URLs or downloaded video files. All video processing is handled in-memory on our servers and the temporary files are deleted immediately after the download is complete. No personal data is stored in any database.

PinterestVid is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our service, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the integrity of our service. All communications between your browser and PinterestVid are encrypted via HTTPS. Since we do not store personal data, the risk of a data breach affecting you is minimal.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PinterestVid after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
